Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries
Assist in managing customer requests and service bookings.
Support the documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions.
Help manage social media responses and basic engagement.
Escalate customer complaints or urgent issues to the appropriate team.
Provide accurate information about MyMedicalBank services.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: OND (students awaiting NYSC or recent graduates may apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
