We are looking for a smart and customer-focused Customer Service / Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, responding to calls and messages, and supporting marketing efforts to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


Answer customer calls, emails, and messages promptly
Provide accurate information about products and services
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues
Follow up with customers on inquiries and orders
Support marketing campaigns and promotions
Maintain customer records and feedback
Assist in generating leads and converting inquiries into sales


Requirements:


Minimum of a BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of marketing is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in using phones and computer systems
Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
