About This Role:

Responsibilities:
	Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media.
	Manage customer orders, invoices by Ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
	Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary
	Maintain an updated customer database and truck customer interaction
	Support marketing and sales initiatives, including promotion and customer outreach
	Liaise with production and delivery teams to ensure customer needs are met.
	Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
	Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business management /Administration, marketing or related field
	At least 3 years of experience in customer service. preferably in FMCG, food and or retail industry
	Proficiency in MS office and basic CRM systems
	Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
