Job Summary

We are an In-patient Nursing and Rehabilitation facility committed to supporting individuals on their journey to wellness and recovery. We require a professional responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring a positive and lasting impression on the users of the facility.

Responsibilities:


Greeting Visitors - The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors. They greet guests in person or over the phone.
Handling Enquiries - answer inquiries from clients, guests, or employees and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments.
Managing Reception Area - The Front Desk Officer ensures that the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials (such as pens, forms, and paper).
Phone Management - They handle all incoming calls, either redirecting them or taking messages.
Mail Handling - The Front Desk Officer receives letters and packages, distributes them, and prepares outgoing mail.
Record keeping - Keeping updated records (including patients record, uploading patient's record on the EMR) and files
Additional Duties - As assigned.


Requirements:


Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant discipline.
Candidates must be computer literates.
Candidates mut possess at least 2 years of proven working experience as a Frontdesk Officer/Customer Service Personnel/Receptionist.
Candidate must be friendly and welcoming.
Candidate must reside within good proximity to Abraham Adesanya, Ajah.
Candidate must be willing to work (Day and Night) shift duties as will be advised by the line manager.
