Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
Identify and resolve customer issues by actively listening, analyzing problems, and implementing appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on product features, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers using clear and concise language.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer support database.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and marketing, to share customer insights and contribute to overall business improvement.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in any relevant field.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer support role.
Familiarity with customer support tools and systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
