Job Description


Attend to walk-in visitors promptly and appropriately. Supervise the daily operations of the customer service department
Ensure that enquiry, complaints, comments and feedback are dealt with/resolved in accordance with corporate policy and quality standards.
Answer all incoming calls within one minute of the first ring and redirect or take messages where necessary.
Attend all email enquiries promptly and escalate to the appropriate unit or staff where necessary.
To carry out general administrative duties including but not limited to photocopying, filing, emailing, store keeping and organizing.
To receive and confirm items purchased from vendors and delivered to the school.
To support the team in store keeping and inventory management relating to stationery, uniforms, office consumables and toiletries, etc.


Job Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Not less than 2 years in a British International School.
Proven experience in data analysis and administration.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PIVOT e.t.c
