Job Summary


They are looking for a smart, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure an excellent customer experience from order placement to delivery.


Key Responsibilities


Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-in clients
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, fittings, and delivery timelines
Process and track customer orders
Follow up with customers regarding measurements, fittings, and order status
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
Support the sales and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business


Requirements


Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field
1 - 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in fashion or retail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic computer use
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Proximity to Lekki is preferred.
