Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Previous call centre experience is highly preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
