Customer Service Representative at Clinix Healthcare Nigeria

Clinix Healthcare is seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Agbara Branch.
The successful candidate will deliver an excellent patient experience, handle enquiries efficiently, and support smooth front-desk operations.


Key Responsibilities


Welcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
Handle enquiries received in person, by phone, and through digital channels regarding services, appointments, test results, and other healthcare offerings.
Register patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate front-desk activities.
Provide accurate information on tests, packages, payments, procedures, and available services.
Receive, manage, and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues appropriately.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Uphold Clinix Healthcare's standards of professionalism, confidentiality, customer service, and patient care.

Qualifications & Experience


Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic, or healthcare facility.
Completed NYSC is an added advantage.
