Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.
Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
Support the sales and operations team with customer-related tasks.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.


Requirements


OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
0 - 3years' experience in customer service or related role.
NYSC members can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Clear diction and eloquence are essential.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Must possess good typing skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & internet usage).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Skills:


Good telephone etiquette.
Ability to handle difficult customers with patience.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
