County Cargo is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you enjoy helping people, working with data, and engaging on digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, and in person
Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports for management
Create engaging and informative social media content
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Provide general administrative support as needed
Proactively reconnect with inactive customers to re-engage them with our services
Requirements
1 - 2 years of customer service or related experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with both data and digital platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or varying shifts when required
Comfortable using internet-based tools and platforms
Punctual, dependable, and proactive
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, and analysis)
Strong understanding of social media concepts (content handling, engagement, and trends)
Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and deliver accurate work
A willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Location Preference
Preferred candidates in Lagos should reside in Oshodi or nearby areas
