Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and company policies
Handle student registrations, payments, and administrative documentation
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer records
Manage class scheduling and communicate updates to students
Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain confidentiality of student and company information
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
First class or Second class upper in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
1 - 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles (experience in education industry is an advantage)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
