Key Responsibilities
Attend to online customers and handle enquiries professionally.
Process shipments and provide accurate information on services and charges.
Respond promptly to customer complaints and follow up until resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of transactions and customer interactions.
Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with company standards.
Support daily branch operations as required.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
Prior experience in customer service (logistics experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers.
Basic computer literacy.
Must reside within or close to Ojodu Berger and its environs.
