Key Responsibilities


Establish and maintain effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
Conduct inspections of items for defects and report any issues accordingly.
Maintain detailed and organised records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Monitor and track shipments, ensuring clients and internal teams receive timely updates.
Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare all required shipping documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy.


Requirements


Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any relevant field.
1 - 2 years' experience in customer service or logistics operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency.
