Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Representative with prior experience in the food, hospitality, or event industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with kitchen and logistics teams, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience from order placement to delivery.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, delivery timelines, and company policies
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution
Order Management:
Receive, confirm, and document customer orders accurately
Coordinate order details with kitchen, production, and delivery teams
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction after order fulfillment
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers and corporate clients
Maintain professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns or urgent requests
Operational Support:
Assist in tracking daily orders, event bookings, and special requests
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented for reference and reporting.
Required Qualifications and Experience
2 - 4years' experience in customer service within the food, hospitality, catering, or event industry
Proven experience handling high volumes of customer interaction in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with order coordination, event bookings, or restaurant operations is highly desirable
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
High level of professionalism, patience, and attention to detail
Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
Work Environment and Expectations:
The role is on-site and requires close coordination with kitchen, production, and logistics teams
The candidate must be available to respond to customer needs during peak business periods, including weekends or event days when required.
