What You'll Be Doing:
Chat with clients in French & English to assist with orders, product questions, and general support
Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
Stay up-to-date on products, policies, and industry trends
Collaborate with trainers and team leads to meet performance goals
Keep accurate records of client interactions
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
What You'll Need:
At least 6 months of customer service experience
French proficiency level B2-C1*
Excellent writing and communication skills
A positive, solution-focused mindset
