Requirements
Minimum HND/BSc in related fields (Customer Service, Hospitality, etc.)
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience using CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving abilities.
Basic tech skills (handling POS, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
