Bazign Impressions Ltd., a growing commercial printing and creative company, is seeking a proactive and customerÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂfocused Customer Service Representative & Office Administrator to manage client interactions, coordinate print jobs, and support daily office operations in a fastÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂpaced digital print environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and process print orders (walkÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂin, phone, email)
Prepare quotations, invoices, and job tickets
Coordinate jobs between design, production, and delivery teams
Track job progress and provide updates to clients
Perform basic quality checks and oversee deliveries/pickups
Maintain customer records and follow up on completed jobs
Manage filing, office supplies, and general office coordination
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
2 - 5 years customer service experience (print industry experience is an advantage)
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
