Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are looking for a calm, responsive and customer-focused customer support Representative to coordinate communication between clients, riders and the company. Responsibilities Contact riders to confirm deliveries and follow up on orders. Call clients to provide updates on their orders and expected completion times. Handle complaints and frustrating situations with patience and professionalism. Ensure smooth communication between the company, riders and customers. Requirements HND/ B.Sc in any related field of study. 1-2 years experience in customer service or customer support is an advantage. Ability to handle phone calls confidently and professionally. Patient, calm and respectful when dealing with difficult or frustrated riders.
