We are seeking a vibrant, smart, and energetic NYSC Corps member currently serving in Port Harcourt to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on corporate experience during your service year.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must be a current NYSC corp member.
Must reside in Trans-Amadi,or its environs.
Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written).
Must be computer literate (Ms Office Suite).
Smart appearance and a "can-do-it" attitude.
Available to resume immediately.
