Role Overview
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails

Explain complex processes clearly and guide customers step by step
Compare product features to guarantee customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
6 - 12 months of customer service experience
Enthusiasm for solving complex issues
Adaptability and versatility to daily challenges
Retention/selling experience is a plus
Consistent employment history
Technically savvy - must be comfortable with current technology
Discretion in handling confidential information
Spanish language skills are a plus
