Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other channels.
Convert inquiries into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, and prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Process orders and coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Update customer records and activities on the CRM system.
Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
ND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
