Education:
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication or related Field
Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications, with strong field operations and data centre support exposure.
At least 4 years' experience in fixed infrastructure, VoIP, Transmission, and IP environments.
Proven experience in DWDM/OTN/WDM/SDH environments.
Hands-on experience with data centre systems, including power, cooling, patching, and cross-connect management.
Demonstrated ability to manage network inventory, spares, and documentation systems.
Excellent analytical, time management, and follow-up skills.
