The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience across all Atuspay platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Service


Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.


Account & Transaction Support


Assist customers with account-related issues.
Guide users on transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and platform usage.
Monitor and follow up on unresolved customer requests.


Documentation & Reporting


Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Log issues and feedback for system improvement.
Prepare basic support reports when required.


Customer Experience


Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times.
Educate users on platform features and best practices.
