Responsibilities
You must have genuine interest and/or knowledgein cars and will be directly responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of customer support operations, ensuring seamless dealership services and vehicle transport logistics:
Customer Communication:Serve as a primary point of contact, receiving incoming customer calls and emails.Utilize video messages to provide updates.
Request Processing:Professionally treat and log customer requests for vehicle sales inquiries and transport bookings.
Transport Updates:Proactively update customers on the status and location of their vehicles during the transport process from the information provided by drivers.
Vehicle Handover:Facilitate the smooth and professional handover of vehicles to customers upon delivery or sale, ensuring all paperwork is complete.
Customer Engagement & Content:Create video updates for customers and insurance during key transport milestones. Produce short, professional vehicle handover videos and assist with content for customer-facing platforms.
Contractor Liaison for Customer Issues:Communicate with trucking contractors and mechanics on behalf of customers to resolve service-related inquiries or issues.
Operations Support: Partner closely with the operations team to ensure customer commitments are met, providing real-time customer feedback and managing communication to uphold service quality and timelines.
