Our client, a growing Internet Service Provider (ISP), is seeking skilled and reliable Customer Support & Installation Technicians to join their team.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to ensure successful installation, maintenance, and support of internet services for residential and business customers. The technician is responsible for delivering reliable connectivity and a positive customer experience by installing fiber and wireless solutions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and retention by acting as the link between the company's technical infrastructure and the end user.

Key Responsibilities


Carry out fiber internet installations in homes and business premises
Install and configure fiber and wireless internet connections
Perform on-site field work, including climbing poles and working at heights
Handle ADSS (Aerial Fiber) installations, routing, and terminations
Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity and network issues
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Ensure proper testing, activation, and handover to clients
Maintain professional customer interaction during installations and support visits
