What You'll Do


Leading and coaching a high-performing Customs team
Driving first-time-right customer solutions and service excellence
Managing customs clearances, audits, valuations, temporary imports/exports, and refunds
Building strong relationships with Customs officials, carriers, and customers
Monitoring performance, service levels, and operational KPIs
Ensuring ISO compliance and continuous process improvement
Keeping systems, reporting, and communication running smoothly
Identifying training opportunities and developing your team

What We're Looking For


Business Management Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
2+ years' experience in a leadership role within the express, courier, or logistics industry
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Valid driver's licence code 10
