Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and meticulous Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting financial and operational data to provide actionable insights that support business performance, risk management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio performance analysis.
Analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies to identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Present findings clearly through reports, presentations, and visual tools.
Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to support business and financial reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI / Tableau.
High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
