RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (surveys, databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
Analyse business performance, market trends, and user behaviour using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Create insightful dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel). Prepare clear, concise reports that communicate findings to management and clients.
Maintain and update company databases while ensuring data integrity and security.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Fresh graduate in Data Science | Statistics | Information Technology | Business Analytics | Computer Science
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and SQL
Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Strong numerical and analytical ability
Attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and time management skills
(Bonus) Understanding of the real estate industry or exposure to business analytics projects
