Roles and responsibilities


Attendance Monitoring: Track and report attendance of Trade Developers in stores, ensuring punctuality and accountability.
Leave Management: Handle leave applications for Trade Developers and ensure operations are not disrupted.
Field Support: Respond to Trade Developers' requests and important updates from head office.
App Usage: Ensure full adoption and proper use of the Sales Force App for attendance, stock tracking, and reporting.
Fare Requests: Prepare requisitions for field teams conducting stocktakes.
Promotion Communication: Share promotion details, product prices,and dealer updates to ensure correct implementation and margin compliance.
Credit Notes:Prepare credit note summaries for promotions or price changes and share with dealers for timely reimbursement.
Goods Return(GRN): Process GRNs for faulty, missing, or returned goods and ensure quick resolution.
SKU Updates: Keep the Modern TradeApp updated with all new products and SKUs for accurate tracking.
Back-Office Coordination: Support the sales team by following up on dealerorders and coordinating with invoicing, service, and warehouse teams.
Stock Takes:Oversee monthly stock counts forsell-out accounts and prepare reconciliation reports to highlight discrepancies.
Returns Analysis: Review GRN data to identify return trends and suggest actions to reduce them.
Performance Reports: Track performance of Trade Developers and share monthly reports with management.
Incentive Reports: Prepare and validate monthly incentive reports to ensure fairness and accuracy.
Inventory Reports: Use data from the app to analyze stock levels, sales trends,and market share performance.
Ad Hoc Reports: Prepare additional reports as needed to support business reviews and decision-making.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Superior


Qualification and Experience


Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Two years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or modern trade(preferably in consumer electronics or retail).
Experience in data reporting, operational coordination, and working with field teams.
Added advantage: Familiarity with ERP systems and data collection tools used in retail.
Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.

Excel Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel(pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards).
Operational Coordination: Skilled in managing multiple operational tasks efficiently.
Accuracy: Strong attention to detail in data entry,reporting, and reconciliation.
Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills; able to work with different teams.
Process Improvement: Ability to simplify and automate reporting or routine tasks.
Time Management: Able to handle tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
