About the Role
We are seeking 9 entry-level Data Capture Resources to support a strategic data migration project within the Bank. This is a short-term, project-based engagement requiring individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured data under defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Review and clean data extracted from various source files and systems, identifying and correcting inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
Reformat and structure data into required migration templates in line with project specifications.
Capture and validate project-related information accurately and in a timely manner.
Support geo-location data collection and input activities as required.
Assist the wider project team with additional data preparation tasks needed for successful project implementation.
Escalate data quality issues or anomalies to the project/data lead as appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and review.
Basic experience with data management or data entry (internships, coursework, or prior roles considered).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, data cleaning).
Ability to follow defined processes and templates consistently.
Ability to work to project timelines and meet daily/weekly targets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred (Not Required)
Prior exposure to banking, financial services, or large-scale data migration projects.
Familiarity with data validation or quality-checking processes.
Experience with geo-location or mapping data.
