Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
3-6 years' experience in data center or infrastructure operations
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server & Linux
Experience with SAN, NAS, RAID, and storage administration
Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
Good troubleshooting and infrastructure support skills
Certifications; VMware, Microsoft, Red Hat, Cisco are an added advantage.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain server infrastructure (HPE, Dell, Lenovo)
Administer storage systems (SAN/NAS) and SAN switches
Handle server virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Monitor performance, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, storage, and infrastructure issues
Ensure security, patching, and system uptime
