Data Entry Operator (Machine Learning)

Orgmento, a leading software engineering and data sciences consultancy, is seeking a diligent Data Entry Operator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data accuracy in our systems, the output of which will play a key part in the training and verification of our machine learning models. This role is vital in supporting our data management initiatives and ensuring data integrity across various projects.

The ideal applicant will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of data entry processes, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. You will work with our team to process information and ensure prompt and accurate data reporting. This role is initially contract-based, with the option to go permanent at a later stage.

As a Data Entry Operator at Orgmento, you will receive comprehensive training on our systems and processes and your contributions will have a direct impact on our artificial and machine intelligence initiatives.

The role is not remote and is based in Accra, Ghana.

• Enter data into company data stores and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Review, verify and correct data for discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Assist in developing and maintaining data entry processes and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks
• Generate reports and summaries as requested

• Proven experience in data entry or similar role
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with database systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
