ABOUT THE ROLE


The Data Support Officer will be responsible for conducting surveys with selected study participants accordin g to the approved sampling plan and data collection protocol.
Enumerators may also assist with identifying study participants, scheduling interviews. and suppoting logistical coordination where necessary.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Administering structured questionnaires using the designated digital data collection platform (e.g., CommCare).
Ensuring that all study participants provide informed consent before participating in the survey.
Conducting interviews ina professional, respectful, and neutral manner.
Ensuring accurate and complete recording of responses in thedigital survey tool.
Uploading completed surveys in a timely manner according to project guidelines.
Reporting any challenges or inconsisten Cies encountered du ring fieldwork to supervisors.
Adhering to all data protection, safeguarding, and ethical standards.
Enumerator must complywith all Mastercard foundation safeguarding procedures.


ROLE SPECIFICATIONS


Ideal candidates should be early to mid- career field researchers with up to six (8) years of experience in survey data collection or field research.
Strong familiarity with digital data collection tools and fieldwork practices while remaining well suited to the intensive fieldwork schedules required during survey implementation.
Clue to the category of the respon dents (Target population), we encourage candidates between ages 18 and 36 to apply.
