Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with professional bodies and regulatory agencies
Manage academic staff workload, performance appraisal, and staff development
Mobilize research funding, partnerships, and industry collaborations
Oversee student admission, progression, assessment, and graduation processes
Prepare and manage the School's budget and resources.
Promote high-quality teaching, research, innovation, and technology transfer.
Provide leadership in curriculum development, delivery, review, and accreditation of engineering programs.
Represent the School in University committees and external forums
