Minimum Requirements
At least 10 years' experience in medical education and practice, with leadership experience
Medical degree (MBChB or equivalent) and a PhD or recognized postgraduate medical qualification.
Registered medical practitioner in good standing.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with medical councils, health regulators, and accreditation agencies
Ensure quality clinical teaching and training in collaboration with teaching hospitals and health facilities
Manage academic staff, clinical instructors, and administrative personnel.
Manage School budgets, facilities, laboratories, and clinical training resources.
Oversee student welfare, discipline, and professional conduct.
Oversee the development, delivery, and accreditation of medical and health sciences programs.
Promote research, innovation, and ethical medical practice
Strengthen partnerships with hospitals, government agencies, and international institutions.
