We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planning & Supply Chain Analyst to drive product availability, visibility, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our supply chain operations.
This role will play a critical part in aligning demand forecasts with procurement, logistics, warehousing, and sales execution, leveraging data, systems, and automation to optimize inventory, reduce backorders, and improve service levels across local and international markets.


Responsibilities


Lead weekly demand and supply planning meetings, ensuring alignment across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and sales teams.
Analyze historical sales data and demand patterns, including demand variability, backorders (frequency and duration), order-to-arrival lead times, and product shelf life.
Classify products using ABC analysis to define target availability and inventory strategies.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure diagnostic products in the warehouse do not exceed 90 days of sales.
Manage Expired Products Control processes to minimize waste, write-offs, and compliance risks.
Activate, configure, and continuously optimize the Demand Planning module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Map current supply chain processes within D365, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose system-driven or AI-enabled improvements.
Build and maintain dynamic D365 and Power BI dashboards covering demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics.
Provide actionable insights and reports to support decision-making, cost optimization, and service-level improvement.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree with at least a 2:1 grade in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
3 - 5 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, inventory management, or a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Supply Chain / SCM modules) is highly preferred.
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using Excel and Power BI (SQL knowledge is an advantage).
Solid understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, ABC classification, and supply chain KPIs.
Experience managing inventory controls, expiry management, and service-level targets in regulated or fast-moving environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, operations, procurement, and finance teams.
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement and automation focus.
