Key Responsibilities
Chairside Excellence: Assist dentists during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficiency and patient safety.
Clinical Preparation: Set up treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials; prepare dental cements and impression materials as required.
Infection Control: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments according to IPC guidelines.
Patient Engagement: Welcome patients, explain procedures to ease anxiety, and provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions.
Facility Management: Monitor dental equipment for faults, manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs, and maintain meticulous sterilization logs.
Administrative Support: Assist with accurate patient record-keeping, billing, and appointment scheduling to ensure a seamless patient flow.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Certificate or Diploma in Dental Assisting or Dental Surgery Assisting from a recognized institution.
Registration: Valid registration with the relevant professional or regulatory body (where applicable).
Experience: Prior experience in a busy dental clinic or hospital setting is highly preferred.

Technical Skill: Proficient in chairside assisting and knowledgeable in dental materials and IPC protocols.
