About the Role
We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Depot Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading endÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂtoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂend depot operations, efficient and effective management of depot operations ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant handling of our products while driving strong delivery service to the market within the assigned location.
You will champion a robust Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) culture, drive inventory integrity, and collaborate closely with supply chain and commercial teams to enable business performance. How You'll Make a Difference:
Manage dayÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂtoÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂday receiving, storage, loading, and dispatch activities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted depot operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movements, and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise, guide, and motivate depot personnel to achieve productivity targets while ensuring discipline and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Track key operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management review.
What You Bring:
Minimum of five (5) O 'Level credits including Mathematics, English and 3 other relevant subjects.
Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor's degree in related discipline. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate is required.
3-5 years' relevant experience in Sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP.
Experience in operational management including inventory and stock control.
Willingness to travel within Nigeria.
