The Deputy CEO will:
Provide executive leadership and strategic direction alongside the CEO
Oversee daily operations, research delivery, and organizational effectiveness
Lead business development, client relationships, and revenue growth
Build and manage high-performing teams across research and operations
Ensure methodological rigor, quality control, and data integrity
Represent the organization with government, corporate, and development sector clients
We're looking for:
10+ years leadership experience, with at least 5 at senior/executive level
Proven track record in scaling research, consulting, or data-driven organizations
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Experience in research, public opinion, policy, or consulting sectors (preferred)
