Qualifications and Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education.
And/or Professional teaching qualification.
Leadership/management training.
Proven experience of leading and managing, pedagogy, curriculum and change in a senior leadership role.
Knowledge, Experience and Competences
At least ten (10) years of experience, five (5) of which must be in a leadership position in an educational Institution.
Deep knowledge of best practices in educational leadership
Excellent organizational skills, time management and ability to set and work to deadlines.
A strong analytic, performance management, accountability, and systems-thinking orientation is necessary to inform strategy development and execution.
Ability to use initiative, work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach.
Proven ability to develop effective and efficient systems and cope with changes in working practices.
Self-starter, high energy level with strong interpersonal and communication skills; and
Highest level of personal and professional integrity
