Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in security management, criminology, disaster management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
At least three (3) years' relevant experience in security management, preferably in a hospital, public institution, or security firm.
Experience in managing outsourced services or contract supervision will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of electronic security systems such as cctv, access control, and alarm systems.
Good understanding of security operations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Valid certificate of good conduct from the directorate of criminal investigations (dci).
