REQUIREMENT FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointment to this grade, the ideal candidate
Must:
Have relevant knowledge, experience and a distinguished career of not less than five (5) years, ofwhich three (3) should be at a senior managerial position in the public service or equivalent in the private sector;
Have a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or any any relevant field from a recognized institution;
Master's Degree in a relevant will be an added advantage;
Have a Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Program Course lasting not less than
Six (6) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
Have a certificate in Computer applications;
Demonstrate high degree of professionalism, technical and administrative competence as reflected in work performance and results
