We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head of HCM to partner leadership, strengthen talent strategy, and drive workforce excellence across the Group.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
10—12 years' HR experience in financial services
Strong exposure to performance management, talent strategy, and employee engagement
Recognised professional certification (CIPM / SHRM / PHRi)
