Key Responsibilities:
Support the ongoing management of a knowledge management system and database, including cataloguing, tagging, archiving, and ensuring safe storage of knowledge assets.
Develop and maintain processes for continuous knowledge capture, documentation, and organization across the AIM programme.
Train and support teams in using the knowledge management system and promote consistent adoption across country offices and teams.
Drive demand for knowledge products by engaging stakeholders and demonstrating their practical value and use in decision-making and programme improvement.
Champion a culture of listening, learning, sharing, and applying knowledge across AIM teams and country offices.
Support Advocacy, Partnerships, and Knowledge Coordinators in the AIM implementing countries to strengthen regular capture, sharing, and use of programme learnings.
Map and maintain a directory of target audiences and appropriate dissemination channels to strengthen knowledge sharing within the organisation and with external partners.
Support the development of high-quality knowledge products, including case studies, reports, blogs, and learning briefs, and contribute to KM reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with programme and communications teams to amplify the voices of adolescent girls and young women by supporting storytelling and documentation of lived experiences.
Support the planning and delivery of learning activities, including peer learning sessions, webinars, workshops, and events, and contribute to the development and implementation of the AIM learning agenda in collaboration with the Learning and Effectiveness team.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the project goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment.
Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place; encourage others to do so.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor in International Development, Development Studies, or Data Analytics
Minimum 3 years of experience in the development sector
Required Competencies:
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and leading data collection practices and the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative information
Strong interest in documentation and analysis
Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation with Power BI or other applications
Drive, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure
Ability to effectively work remotely, across time zones and team locations, as well as in-person with a small team of stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English required (spoken, reading, and written)
