Responsibilities
Lead FTTH project planning, technical delivery, progress, and quality management.
Manage construction sites, permits, documentation, and subcontractors.
Take full responsibility for engineering delivery results and report to the Project Director.
Build and coordinate construction teams; optimize site delivery solutions and SOPs.
Supervise construction plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure construction quality meets engineering standards and contract requirements.
Coordinate customers, subcontractors, and technical teams through installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
Manage delivery scope and record additional workload.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
5+ years of FTTH project management or relevant experience.
Solid experience in FTTH, civil works, ADSS and figure-8 cable deployment.
Strong subcontractor and project rollout management experience.
Good communication skills with customer-oriented mindset.
Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Power BI.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork skills.
