Job Summary
We are seeking a Design and Commercial Engineer (Civil) to support civil and structural design, cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and project execution activities within our EPC and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare civil and structural designs, drawings, and engineering documentation.
Perform structural analysis and design using relevant engineering software.
Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
Support tender preparation, project pricing, and commercial evaluations.
Review technical specifications, vendor quotations, and subcontractor submissions.
Provide technical support to site teams and manage design revisions.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
B.Eng. Degree / HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
2 - 4 years experience in civil/structural design and commercial support within an EPC or construction environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, Tekla Structures, and ProtaStructure (Revit is an added advantage).
Good knowledge of structural design, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and construction methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
