Responsibilities
Technical Design and Engineering: Develop detailed designs, utilize CAD software, perform engineering calculations, and optimize project performance.
Commercial Aspects: Prepare cost estimates, conduct value engineering, develop project proposals, and participate in contract negotiations.
Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement teams, develop technical specifications, and evaluate supplier proposals.
Project Execution Support: Provide technical guidance, coordinate with construction teams, and manage design changes.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and integrate risk management into project planning.
Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work with other engineering disciplines and coordinate with project managers, estimators, and schedulers.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
2 - 4 years of experience.
High Analytical, creative and cognitive ability.
Good handle of CAD & CAE software (AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Advance Steel, AME Tank, SolidWorks, PipeFlow, Prota, ANSYS, Aspen HYSYS)
Good handle of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
Good communication skills.
