Role Description
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Design Architect for a full-time, on-site role located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The Design Architect will be responsible for creating innovative architectural designs, developing construction drawings, and managing design projects from concept to completion.
This role includes collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors, and ensuring compliance with design standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Architectural Design and a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
Experience with Design Management and the ability to oversee project workflows
Expertise in creating detailed and accurate Construction Drawings
Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and external stakeholders
Knowledge of architecture-related software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
Ability to work effectively on-site in Lagos and meet project deadlines
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an added advantage
