Today, the product includes functionality such as floor plan visualizations, desk and meeting room booking, visitor management, and utilization reports and analytics. Skedda integrates with key workplace tools like Microsoft365, Google Workspace, and Slack and has won awards from G2, Capterra, and SoftwareAdvice.

 

Responsibilities

DevOps

  • Management, monitoring, and maintenance of build, test, and deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps (for mobile and web products)
  • Champion best practices for software delivery, deployment automation, and operational excellence across the engineering lifecycle
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management solutions to streamline provisioning, scaling, and updates

 

IT Operations & Compliance

  • Perform IT access reviews and oversee identity and access management (IAM) processes
  • Lead account provisioning/deprovisioning workflows to ensure compliance and security
  • Support security audits, compliance assessments, and policy enforcement in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding, risk assessment, and periodic review processes
  • Laptop security management via MDM to ensure security compliance

 

Site Reliability

  • Incident response, triage, and management
  • Conducting infrastructure capacity planning and performance tuning
  • Collaborating with engineers to design and implement scalable and resilient systems
  • Maintenance and improvement of cloud infrastructure reliability and scalability
  • Implementing and maintaining disaster recovery procedures

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or hybrid infrastructure/IT engineering roles
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence engineering and security decisions across teams
  • Strong experience managing PaaS-based cloud infrastructure in Azure: App Service, Storage, SQL Database, Front Door, Key Vault, Log Analytics Workspace
  • Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
  • Experience with Bicep or equivalent IaC frameworks for Azure resource deployment and lifecycle management
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps YAML.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms for real-time infrastructure insights
